Our privileged partnership with the international law firm Alerion Paris, provides our clients with access to an experienced team of legal advisors covering all aspects of real estate ownership and structuring, taxes, purchase and sale and rental contracts. Léa Fiedler began her career in luxury real estate in Saint Tropez after obtaining her degree in real estate law and tax matters. She splits her time between the French Riviera and the French Alps, overseeing the agencies and the management of L’Agence Fiedler & Rosner.
With over 10 years of experience in luxury real estate, and hundreds of millions of euros in sales, she has excellent legal and transactional knowledge and a strong network. Léa has a loyal client base that she has worked with over many years and brings all her energy and enthusiasm to identify the best opportunities and properties in her markets.
Her experience in management and day-to-day operation oversight has allowed Léa to successfully manage both the Saint Tropez and Megève agencies.

Alex Rosner brings an international dimension to the firm having spent his life residing and working in both France and the United States. Alex graduated from the University of Pennsylvania before starting his career on Wall Street in the finance industry with positions at a family office and a leading multi-billion-dollar US hedge fund.
Alex has created a unique global network of relationships having spent many years in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles and Paris. This network of clients stems from the financial industry, real estate developers, or international family offices. With his international experience and knowledge of financial markets, Alex brings a rare skill set to the French real estate market.
Through numerous investments and key relationships in the Tech industry, Alex developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the impact of entrepreneurial management and leadership. This approach is focused on driving performance and enterprise success by emphasizing positive team spirit and a highly motivated organization and corporate culture.
